Electro-Static Disinfecting
Electrostatic disinfecting is a service used to evenly coat any surface with a cleaning solution that has been combined with air and electricity giving the solution an electric charge that will penetrate the surface at a deeper level. This is done by using an electrostatic applicator that gives a negative charge to the disinfecting solution as it exits the nozzle. The charged molecules will repel each from each other, but attract the surface in which they are applied to. The positive charge in the solution will allow a stronger bond to the elimination process of killing bacteria and harmful pathogens.
Hypoallergenic Carpet Cleaning
Hypoallergenic Carpet Cleaning is a special service that penetrates the carpet fibers at a deeper level, thus eliminating any allergy irritants that may be present in carpet. This service of for general cleaning such as sanitization, polishing, waste removal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, oven cleaning, and light bulb replacement (bulbs must be provided).
Buffing
Buffing is the process of exfoliation for your floors providing a deeper clean and exposing the surface to a higher shine. There are two different types of buffing processes that may include Dry Buffing or Spray Buffing. Dry Buffing utilizes a mechanical machine operating at a high speed to bring the surface to a smooth polish. Spray Buffing utilizes a solution to remove any dirt first, followed by the use of a pad and mechanical machine to bring it to it’s high shined finish.
